Derby based Pet Crow formed three years ago, and in that relatively short space of time they've caused a stir.

Having drawn comparisons to a wide range of artists such as The Julie Ruin, MC5 and Sonic Youth, their sound is an energetic and groove-laden mix of garage-punk/rock with nods to riot-grrl, pop, and surf-rock.

They have featured in publications such as Louder Than War, Upset Mag, New Noise, The Revue and The National Student. They've been featured on such shows as Radio X (formerly XFM), BBC 6 Music (Marc Riley) and Amazing Radio, and shared stages with the likes of The Lovely Eggs and Menace Beach.

'Scrape Yourself from the Floor' was played on BBC Radio 6 by Marc Riley, reached number 58 in the official charts (physical sales) in September 2017, and was featured on Vinyl Factory's records of the week list.

Pet Crow can be heard at: as well as usual platforms e.g. iTunes, Spotify.

Psychedelic Manchester four-piece Springfield Elementary were born out of blind optimism and are slaves to the spirit of punk. It consists of Billy Goodwin (Vocals/Guitar), Brad Lewis (Lead Guitar), Liam Moffat (Bass) and Chris Tomkinson (Drums). All from small town across Manchester and Yorkshire.

They merge their favourite sounds from the last 50 years of Punk and Psychedelia to make their own fuzz-soaked cocktail. If the Brian Jonestown Massacre had a baby, Springfield Elementary would be the fruit of that labour.

We have had the pleasure of catching this Psych / Punk act live numerous times and can’t wait to introduce this exciting new act to Chester’s Music Scene.

Releases also available on all digital platforms with a new Single "Jacked Up on Jesus" out on 25th January

This band don’t need any Introduction if you are at all familiar with the local scene. However, if your not

Robert Jones and Michael Pearce met at university and after graduation decided to form Sustinere, a band formed around heavy riffs and driving drum beats. Their main influences are Billy Talent, Alt-J, we are Scientists and Royal Blood.

If you like your music loud and riffy then Sustinere will take care of your needs

They recently packed out Telfords Warehouse for their Single Launch "Alive" which you can now stream on all major digital platforms

Blanchard’s EP is out now over on Bandcamp
