Where we feature our very first legendary cover star – The Melty Queen. Unleashed in Summer19, our third and most recent edition is jam-packed with writing on green spaces, vegan dining, fun on the River Dee, a tell-all on the Garden Quarter, a bizarre chat with a local designer and thoughts on the Chester art scene (to name but a few). You’re welcome.

Yes, we decided to go through the madness, euphoria, hysteria and rollercoaster-ride-learning curve, of creating a magazine for a second time. And we had just as much fun celebrating the independent Chester we know and love, winter-style. Launched in Winter18 we excitedly reported on the booming Chester Market, our Suffragette history, the delightful stories behind some of our favourite coffee shops, boutiques to kit out our homes and vintage record shops. In short, it’s a homage to some top-notch places.

Our very first foray into publication, unleashed upon Chester in summer18. Featuring a whole host of independent goodness: a stroll along The Rows, a profile on charity Share, tips on surviving in a new city, where to spend time in the city when the sun shines and the lowdown on Chester’s most interesting open mic – Testify (performance poetry). Almost two years old but still very relevant to  present-day Chester.
